A collection of poems that enshrine experience, speaking in the language of twilight—where meaning lingers between the said and unsaid.

I hide and you seek,
the naked truth I wear.

Delinquent you and I.
I am taboo; you are bare.

I am not the apparent.
I am not allowed to be.

I have but a friend, the darkness;
He is faithful to me.

Clothed, I stand
With limb and hand.

Humbled, I am
By power and man.

And so I declare
To all who would care

A manifestation so rare
Do comprehend me; be fair.

Inglorious me,
Exultant me,

Altruistic me -
Declaim me, please.

It’s modest but authentic,
This muslin ‘round my waist.

Artists pause in reflection,
At this body touched by time.

Now here is the dichotomy of my karma and its consequence:
My body carries shadows unseen,

And its shape looks for a quiet release.
Sated, I am. Oh God, I am!

I dream a dream encore.
I carry inside me a warmth—

An exquisite amour, an overflow.
He loves me till sundawn.

He loves me to sleep.
He gives me his face.

He gives me the dream.
I journey to outline,

A common burden,
A simple struggle,

A slow movement of peace.
